Tattle

Tattle is an analytics platform that measures customer’s dining experiences, delivering real-time feedback to their partners in hospitality. Tattle hired me to roll out a new product offering called Snapshots, which generates actionable insights from the data collected to help the general managers, district managers, and executives of restaurant chains focus on improving the areas that matter most to their customers.

While designing new dashboards for the Snapshots feature, I created a living UI toolkit that can be expanded upon as Tattle applies the new look and feel of their dashboard to other areas across their site. The updated typography, colors, and form patterns simplify Tattle’s previously cluttered interface.

Dashboard for General Managers

Dashboard for General Managers

General Managers have their own dashboard to help them track their goal each month. This dashboard allows them to dig deep so they can quickly identify which areas of their restaurant are receiving negative feedback from customer, read specific reviews from customer’s about these problem areas, and create action items to help them improve the areas that are suffering the most. A graph helps them analyze how their efforts are improving the customer’s experience over time.

Dashboard for Restaurant Execs

I designed a separate dashboard for the restaurant Executives and District Managers so that they can view the progress of their locations at a higher level. The UI is designed so that they can easily glance to see which restaurant locations are on track to meeting their goal, and which are off track. Detailed information about each restaurant location is one click away if they wish to dig deeper, but it was very important to keep the interface scannable and simple at a high level.
